1. Introduction

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any training, masterclass, or digital program provided by Create More Business Now LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Rod’s AI Growth Academy, you (“Customer,” “Client,” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Digital Product Notice

All products offered by Create More Business Now LLC, including Rod’s AI Growth Academy, are digital in nature and delivered electronically. No physical goods will be shipped.

3. Refund Policy

Because this is a live, digital educational event:

Refunds are available up to 1 hour before the scheduled class start time.

No refunds will be issued after the scheduled class date or once the session begins, regardless of attendance.

Requests for refunds must be made by emailing [email protected] before the stated deadline.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

4. Event Access and Conduct

You agree to attend the scheduled session(s) at the stated time(s) and to participate in a manner that is respectful and professional. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the session or violates these terms, without refund.

5. Communication Consent

By purchasing or registering, you expressly agree that Create More Business Now LLC may contact you by email, SMS, or phone regarding your purchase, class access, reminders, follow-up communication, and related promotional messages.
You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP” to SMS messages or unsubscribing via email links.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, slides, and frameworks presented during the training are the exclusive intellectual property of Create More Business Now LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any content from the class without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company provides educational content and training only. We make no guarantees regarding income, performance, or specific results.
You assume full responsibility for applying the material, and the Company is not liable for any losses, damages, or outcomes arising from participation or implementation.

8. Recording and Use of Content

The live session will be recorded for internal and participant use. By attending, you consent to the recording and understand that your image, voice, and participation may appear in the recording, which may be shared or repurposed by the Company for educational or promotional purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Virginia.

10. Updates and Modifications

Create More Business Now LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
